Elaboration & finalisation

The result is a design plan for a customised component with an optimal cost-benefit ratio. You have the opportunity to scrutinise our design and ensure that all your functional and design requirements are met. 3D printing

If you want your component to be 3D printed, we will start realising it immediately. We can respond flexibly to your requirements in terms of quantity and functional scope. Our modern machinery enables us to work precisely and efficiently so that we can realise even the most demanding projects on time. We will be happy to advise you on the various printing materials and processes to achieve the optimum result for your specific needs.

Series production incl. certification

After your approval, we start the sampling process, build the necessary moulds and produce a golden sample as a benchmark. Thanks to our network, we can organise any required certifications quickly and reliably. The first series batch is tested on site and sent to us. Our engineers meticulously check the parts and compare them with the golden sample. Only first-class components are approved to ensure the highest quality standards.

After passing quality control, we prepare the components for dispatch - in customised packaging according to your design.
